Bishop joines UGL Equis

Michael Bishop has re-joined UGL Equis as a senior vice president in the Chicago office after three years with Cresa Partners, where he was a managing principal. Previously, Bishop was a senior vice president with UGL Equis from 1999-2006 before leaving the firm to join Cresa.

Throughout his 21-year career in brokerage, Bishop has focused exclusively on representing the interests of corporate and industrial space users. He has managed a broad range of transaction types including new office leases, renewals and relocations; build-to-suit analyses for lease or purchase; new industrial leases and renewals, relocations and sale-leasebacks; and strategic planning for large single and multiple national assignments. His deal value in Chicago and the U.S. tops $1.5 billion.

Bishop will provide strategic guidance and implementation of tenant focused commercial real estate services while levering UGL Equis' exclusive tenant representation platform in Chicago and its surrounding submarkets.

Bishop earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a concentration in history from the
University of Illinois.
