MPH Amusements, LLC, doing business as Jump!Zone, has entered into a long-term lease for space located in Franklin, Wis.

Jump!Zone is an indoor party and play center for children from 2 to 12 years old. The facility features large inflatables, interactive games, toddler activities, obstacle courses and giant slides.

Although Jump!Zone specializes in parties, the facilities also offer open play time, where all children are welcome to use all four party rooms for one price.

Jump!Zone has locations throughout the United States, including California, Florida, Maryland and Texas. This will be the first Jump!Zone location in Wisconsin, when it opens in spring 2010.

Jump!Zone will occupy the newly-constructed Suite 210 in the Garden Plaza. Current tenants of the strip center include Gus' Mexican Cantina, Wolf Pool & Spas, Year Round Tanning, Aurora Pharmacy and Kumon Learning Center.

Stephen Provancher of NAI MLG Commercial represented Jump!Zone in the transaction.
