Irgens Development Partners, LLC has purchased a 2.3 acre parcel of land on York Road, adjacent to Interstate 88 in the Village of Oak Brook. The site is located one-half mile south of the new replacement hospital campus for Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare.

Development plans include the construction of a 74,000-square-foot, Class A medical office building to be known as York Physician Centre. The site was recently rezoned by the Village of Oak Brook, which granted a special use permit and approved the conceptual building design plans.

Aggressive pre-leasing for York Physician Centre is currently underway and site work is set to begin this spring. Project amenities include building ownership options, building/monument signage and customized office layouts and floor plans to meet unique requirements. Mike Fortuna and Brett Ratay of Grubb & Ellis are the listing brokers.
