Lee & Associates announces industrial leases

Jim Planey, SIOR, and Jeff Janda, SIOR, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented Sweet Holdings LLC in the leasing of 67,928 sq ft of industrial space located at 19W661 101st Street in Lemont. Jim Estus of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented building ownership, First Industrial Realty Trust.

Norix has leased 56,266 sq ft of warehouse space located at 1800 Hawthorne in West Chicago. Planey Janda represented building ownership, LaGrou Distribution, and Michael Marconi of Epic Realty Partners represented the tenant.
