Jimmy John's announce six new suburban Chicago locations

Baum Realty Group has announced that Jimmy John's gourmet sandwich shops are slated to open soon in the Chicago suburbs of Blue Island, Elgin, Lake Zurich, New Lenox, South Holland and Hillside.

Lake Zurich will open this summer in the Lake Zurich Shopping; Blue Island (12601 S. Western Ave), Elgin (400 S. Randall Road), South Holland (264 W. 162nd St) and Hillside (Hillside Town Center) will
all open this fall. New Lenox (Cedar Crossings) will open in 2010.

Allen Joffe of BRG represented the tenant in all transactions.

"The suburbs are an active market and a great fit for Jimmy John's gourmet sandwich offerings," explains Joffe.
