Rich Antczak, managing director of Champion Realty Advisors LLC, has completed a lease for Reusable Container Co. for a 101,387-sq-ft facility at 400 Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook.

"Reusable Container Co. selected the facility due to its strategic location within the Crossroads Business Park with easy access to I-55 and I-355," said Antczak.

The multi-tenant, 260,890-sq-ft modern cross-dock warehouse/distribution facility features 24-ft clear ceiling height, 21 exterior loading docks, one drive-in door, and ample parking.

Antczak, along with Drew Wadley of Corporate Realty Advisors, represented Reusable Container Co. The building owner, First Industrial Realty Trust, was represented by Pete Roberson and John Suerth of CB Richard Ellis.
